Origin: Tas, Vic, NSW, Qld, SA. Tasmanian provenance.
Spreading small fern 0.3-0.5m height. Width 2.0m. Perennial. Growth rate. Use for shrubberies, rockeries, ferneries, gully and creek bank filler. Moist soil types except very boggy. Full sun to part shade – not heavy shade. Extremely frost hardy. Will respond following drought.
Features: Intense young growth. Well suited to tub culture. Will take some salty coastal exposure.
