Erect clump forming perennial sedge 0.5-1.0m height. Width 1.0m. Evergreen. Growth rate extremely fast. Use as wetland plant for ponds, dams etc. Any soils especially very wet. Full sun to part shade. Very frost hardy. Will recover from prolonged dry conditions. Flowering in Spring and Summer. Pruning not required.
